ATTENTION - NO PUBLIC ACCESS
Due to liability, The River's Edge Canoe & Kayak boat launch, parking lot, and property are for paying customers only. IT IS NOT PUBLIC ACCESS. Please, proceed to the public boat launches in Leechburg and Hyde Park if you do not choose to shuttle with us. Additional public boat launch information can be found online. The River's Edge Canoe and Kayak property is under video surveillance, and those that choose to use the property illegally will be considered trespassing. Thank you.
Rental Rates - (Price is per boat - Price includes shuttle service, life vests, and paddles)

As required by PA Fish and Boat, everyone must have a saftey signaling device. We supply whistles for $1 that you keep.
Holidays are charged at the weekend rate
We do not shuttle personal tubes. Personal cooler carriers - $15
*Tube trips only available from Vandergrift to The River's Edge

Please note: If you are meeting a group that is not shuttling with us, please keep in mind that The River's Edge and Schenley launches are NOT PUBLIC. Due to liability concerns, a waiver must be signed prior to using The River's Edge property or boat launch.

$2 off per boat! For groups of 10 or more.
Tubes not included.
Group payment must be made as one lump sum!

Payment must be made at time of Reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash!
All boats must be returned by 6:00 PM. Shuttles depart on time. $25 fee for late returns.
All Cancellations must be made Prior to 48 hours to receive a rain check. No Refunds.
Conditions are determined by The River's Edge Canoe & Kayak.
Be sure to print out the waiver form and our checklist of what to bring to make your river trip FUN and SAFE (we supply the life vests and paddles)! You can also view some trip ideas. NO LARGE COOLERS please!
No alcohol permitted in shuttle vans or any rented equipment due to liability!
Parking is limited, please carpool as much as possible and be considerate when parking.
Please use caution, the speed limit is 25 MPH and is strictly enforced in Leechburg.
Canoeing and Kayaking Tips:
- Always Wear Life Preserver
- Be Responsible
- Use Common Sense
- Do Not use Drugs or Alcohol
- Do Not Litter
- Never Tie People or Pets to Boat
- Know what to do in an Emergency
- Beginners should take Short Trips
- Do Not take Children on your First Trip
- Use Sunscreen
- UWear Suitable Clothing
- Wear Old shoes
- Secure Personals in Watertight Container
